To kick off April's "National Poetry Month" I was invited to speak on Friday for the assembly of 7th & 8th graders at Glassford Hill Middle School in Prescott Valley, Arizona Thanks Student Council for inviting me! I was a bit jet lagged, but it was fun...I thoroughly enjoyed all of your poetry too!!!

Have a sari, will travel

I'm heading to India again...

and I couldn't be more excited!
In early March, I am returning 
to one of my most favorite places on earth-India.
I am going to be doing a JOY BAG outreach for Global Impact
in the Dharavi slums for 200 children in Mumbai
